- Upon successful purchase or subscription, customers will receive:

- Plan and billing details
- This information is sent immediately to the registered email address after payment is confirmed.
- There is no physical shipment, and customers can begin using the platform instantly through any web browser.

- Digital access is typically granted within a few minutes of successful payment.
- If you do not receive an activation email within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@xubertec.com.
2. Downloadable Software
- In some cases, we may offer installable software as part of our product line.
- Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives:
- A secure download link
- Product key (if applicable)
- Instructions for installation and activation
- The download link will be valid for a limited period (typically 7 days) to ensure security. Customers are advised to download and store the software promptly.

- From time to time, downloadable software may be updated to newer versions.
- We recommend customers retain a copy of their purchased version, as older versions may not be available for download indefinitely.
- Xubertec is not obligated to maintain perpetual availability of legacy versions.
