1. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for our SaaS products. No charges will be made during this period unless you opt to subscribe.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Once a paid subscription is activated, it is non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- You were charged mistakenly due to a technical error
- You cancel within 24 hours of subscribing and haven’t used the platform
3. Auto-Renewals
Your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds will be given for failure to cancel on time.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, email billing@xubertec.com with your payment details and reason. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
